Use these products at your own risk. You should know what your are buying and what you are going to do with the product you bought. We assume no responsibility for any loss or damage happened to you or anybody else directly or indirectly by the use of our products. By buying and/or using our products or our partner product it means you agree that you will hold Sinelec Technologies Private Limited("Sinelec" from hereafter) harmless and non-liable to any loss happened to anyone direct or indirect due to such use.
We at Sinelec, do our best to ensure quality of products and accurate information about the products. Sinelec offers full refund if you received a faulty product either due to defective parts or workmanship. Please be aware that these products are not end user products (such as a mobile phone or tablet) and will require substantial technical knowledge from your side to use them satisfactorily. This warranty is applicable only to hardware that is physically shipped. We do not offer any warranty to software, sample code, manuals or any other documentation except essential tools where applicable(sample code is not considered as essential tool). To be eligible for a full refund, you should notify Sinelec about the problem in detail within 14 days of the date the product(s) delivered to you. At any point of time if you are not satisfied with any of our products, please contact us. We will do our best to solve the problem to your satisfaction. In case of returns for any reason other than a faulty product, the customer assumes the responsibility of any courier charges or any other associated charges to be paid for original shipping and shipping the product back to our premises. If Sinelc authorize a refund for your order, please allow upto three weeks for processing.
Orders are usually shipped the same day and you will receive notification about the shipment. Order placed during weekends and holidays will be shipped the next business day. We do our best to pack and protect your order before shipping. The estimated transit time showed in the shopping cart or order confirmation email for each shipment is for informative purpose only and is not a guaranteed transit time. This estimate excludes the day the package is handed over to carrier. We do not guarantee a specific transit time or any date for delivery . Please contact the carrier for estimated delivery date / time. If you do not receive the shipment in expected time, please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to track down the package.
We ship our products to most countries. International orders may attract customs duties/taxes in your country and which is beyond our control and we can not give you any estimate about how much the duties will be. You may visit your countrys customs website to get more information about applicable duties. The carrier may levy additional clearance charges if they do customs clearance for you. Please contact the carriers office in your country to find out about the possible charges that may occur. Please note that we DO NOT collect any customs charges or related additional charges/taxes when you place the order with us. By placing order with us, you agree that you will be responsible for paying any Duties/taxes levied by any government/non-government agency including but not limited to customs and carrier after the product leaves our Company premises. In no situation, Sinelec will be liable to pay any duties or charges levied after the shipment is handed over to the carrier. We do not offer any refunds if shipment is refused by the customer at the time of delivery for any reason other than damaged package. Please note that altering bills, invoices or other shipping documents for the purpose of avoiding potential import/export duties or taxes is illegal in most countries and we are unable honor such requests.
All shipping are trackable. Once the order is shipped, tracking number will be available immediately. You will receive an email with information on how to retrieve the tracking number. Tracking updates will be available for FeDEX/UPS/DHL shipments at their websites as soon as the order is shipped.
We are unable to charge your shipping account unless Sinelec has agreed to do so in writing. Please contact us if you would like the shipping costs to be charged to your account. We may not honor requests left in order comments to charge your FedEx/UPS/DHL account.
In case you need to cancel or modify an order you placed, please let us know as early as possible. Orders that left our premises for shipping (even if you have not received a shipping notification) can not be canceled. Refunds on cancelled orders may take up to a two for processing.
If you would like to replace any item ordered incorrectly or for any other reason, we are glad to help. The customer assumes the responsibility of any courier charges to be paid for sending the product to our premises and sending a new item back. Please talk to our customer care to work this out to both the parties satisfaction.
